A forward thinking and dynamic estate agency who offer comprehensive services in sales, lettings and property management in West London is currently searching for a Lettings Administrator to join their expanding team for a full time position.
The role will consist of the following duties:
- Dealing with enquiries and telephone calls - Liaising with negotiators while progressing the lettings file - Preparing tenancy agreement and other associated documents - Conducting tenant reference checks - Liaising with maintenance team and contractors - Updating property database on CFP property management software - Organising gas safety inspections - Dealing with existing tenants and delivering excellent customer service - Assisting with general administrative and secretarial support - Filing, photocopying and scanning
You must be extremely organised, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for the industry. You will be a team player but also able to hit the ground running, able to work with minimal supervision.
The package available is £20,000 pa with bonuses.
Minimum 6 months experience in an estate agency.
